Place a hold

User can place a hold on item - this information is provided to library in real-time as it would when placing a hold in library's online catalog.

Following steps need to be taken to place a hold:

• Search for an item in library's catalog
• Click on specific item to see item information
• Click on “Place a Hold” button
• Choose the location where to deliver the item to

After that you can see the hold status in Menu > Account > Items on hold screen
