You can recommend a book to another user and other users can make book recommendations to you. Book recommendations can be done in two ways:

• Step 1: locate the item you want to suggest using search form or on your bookshelf, then find a “Recommend this item” icon right by the item:

• Step 2:after you have chosen the item to recommend, you have to choose a user using search form to recommend the item to. Once you have found the user, you must click the “Select user” icon:

• Step 3: after the necessary user found, enter the text for recommendation:

• Step 4: after the recommendation is submitted, user will receive notification once logged in:

• and see the recommendation on the list:

• as well as see own recommendations the user has made to other users:

• Step 1: find a user to whom you want to recommend a book, go to his or her profile and right after user's picture find the “Recommend to a friend” icon:

• Step 2: choose an item from your bookshelf or search for an item to recommend, then select it using the “Choose item” icon:

• Step 3: once you have the user and item selected, just enter the message for recommendation and click “Recommend” button:

• Step 4: after the recommendation is submitted, user will receive notification once logged in:
