On your own profile as well as other user profiles you will see widgets which are a small representations of sections. Widgets on your own profile are moveable using simple drag-and-drop for your comfort, once you move them around - their positions get saved and all the other users visiting your profile see the widgets as you placed them:

Then once you click on any other link, it will open a section over your or other user profile pages in a floatbox like this:
