We request that libraries send some bibliographic data to us in order to fully facilitate the Connections and Reviews services. We do not ask for any personal user data.

The bibliographic information required is:

• Item ID - ISBN, UPC, ISSN, etc.
• Item title (mandatory)
• Item authors
• Item type

The data can be sent in either of the following formats:

• Pipe- or tab-delimited plain text file, where records are split by a line-break
• Full MARC format

The data will be used for:

• Generating generic cover art for items in your library's collection, if we to do not yet have the actual cover art
• Displaying item title/author information on reviews within your OPAC, as well as when moderating reviews in the Admin panel
• Maintaining search functionality within your collection in Connections

The data files can be sent in two ways:

• By email to data@chilifresh.com as plain-text or archived files (each file can be a maximum of 10MB)
